6 rounds for time of (4 rounds for teams of two):
10 thrusters, 95 lbs (65 lbs) (medicine balls for newbies)
10 burpee box-jumps
10 knees-to-elbows
10 Games push-ups
10 jumping lunges (2=1)

Teams of three.  The catch is that you must have one teammate rowing the entire round.  The next round can not start until everyone is ready (i.e., the rower is strapped in).  The other two teammate(s) will work together to complete the exercises.  The exercises need to be done in order and all reps of that exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise.  The teammates will cycle through so that each one has rowed at least one round and speed-jumped at least one round.

For each rep, the barbell must start on the ground and end up locked out overhead. You can use any technique you want to achieve that.

45 lb bar – 156/112 reps
55 lb bar – 128/91 reps
65 lb bar – 108/77 reps
75 lb bar – 94/67 reps
95 lb bar – 74/53 reps
115 lb bar – 61/44 reps
135 lb bar – 52/38 reps

You can use any method you’re comfortable with, such as snatches, or clean and jerks, or clean and presses, or any combination thereof. The only requirement is that the bar must go from the ground to overhead with full lockout for each rep.

We will pair up, and your partner will count your reps.
